Account Creation & Security
To create an account on 117, you must provide accurate and complete information. Using false, misleading, or another person's details to register is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
- Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 117 immediately.
- Users are solely responsible for all activity carried out on their own account.
- Accounts may not be transferred to another person.
As part of the identity verification process, 117 may request a national ID or other supporting documents. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
You must comply with the following rules when using the 117 platform. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure, as well as legal action.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any activity intended to defraud or harm other users is strictly prohibited.
- Betting or gaming using automated software or bots is not permitted.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- 117's logo, trademarks, and content may not be used without prior authorization.
117 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction where there is evidence of technical error or irregular activity.
Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on 117 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT/৳). Approved local payment methods must be used for all deposits and withdrawals.
- A minimum deposit amount applies and is subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method used.
- Specific wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
- For suspicious transactions, 117 may request additional verification and temporarily place a hold on withdrawals.
- Withdrawals to or through third-party accounts are not permitted.
Your full transaction history is available within your account. Report any discrepancies to the support team within 48 hours.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

117 is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform. This includes funds lost through betting, missed opportunities due to technical disruptions, or actions by third parties.
117 does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
Intellectual Property
The website, logo, graphics, software, and all content on 117 are protected by 117's intellectual property rights. No part may be reused, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
Any third-party links found on the platform are the sole responsibility of the respective third parties regarding their content and security. 117 accepts no liability for such links.
Account Suspension or Closure & Applicable Law
117 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:
- Any provision of these Terms is violated.
- Fraudulent or irregular activity is detected on the account.
- False information is provided during identity verification.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before closure, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, the competent courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction.
